Shipping

Your Citkar is shipped fully assembled and unpacked. It will be delivered to your desired address by our professional and reliable logistics partner and placed at your desired location via a ramp. The batteries are shipped uncharged due to the regulation for transport of hazardous materials. You can charge them immediately at any power outlet and then start riding right away.

You will receive an e-mail with an approximate delivery date after the purchase. Shortly before delivery, you will be informed of the exact date and time. Our logistics partner will contact you by phone about 1 to 2 hours before arrival.

After picking up the Citkar from us in Berlin, you will receive a notification as well as our manual and an instruction video for the Citkar. In addition, we and our Premium Partners are available for any questions.
